We take great care to ensure that your purchase reaches you promptly and in excellent condition. Orders placed before 1pm (Monday – Friday) are usually despatched from our warehouse the same day, subject to stock availability, payment and any security checks.
Please be aware that we do not operate on weekends, so if you place an order after 1pm on a Friday and select Next Day Delivery, your order will not be dispatched until the following working day which would be the Monday and delivered on the Tuesday.
We aim to hit our shipping targets but in some circumstances we can run a day late.
